John H was great. He assisted me over the phone in relighting the water heater and the next day arrived to assist with a faulty program in the thermostat. I appreciate all of the time he took. His service was five stars. Especially since was able to talk me thru the problem on the phone and at my house for no charge. We are fine with Tom Rostron's service in general but the furnace they installed was expensive and not very modern. We upgraded as part of a state and federal energy saving program however, the unit is inefficient as per the rating system on its sticker and needs service often. We will likely need more good technicians to assist in the future.
