With all of the concern around COVID-19/coronavirus, we here at Tom Rostron Co. wanted to keep our customers informed of the steps we are taking to keep them, their families, and their homes safe and healthy:
- We have limited our office to five employees only. No other employees are allowed in the facility until further notice.
- We have deep-sanitized our facility and will continue to do so daily until further notice. Yes, we have Lysol wipes.
- Our technicians have been provided with high-quality masks and gloves to protect our customers while working around their homes.
- Our sales staff and service technicians are being dispatched remotely.
- Our installation teams will have all their goods staged for them outside your house. The teams will not be mixed.
- Our cloud based software allows for us to operate completely remote from our main office if a quarantine or shelter-in-place order is issued.
We take the safety of our customers very seriously during this hectic time. We know customers need to have their equipment serviced and maintained to keep them safe in their homes.
