As a member of Rostron Premium Home Service, you receive priority on emergency service request service calls. Members move ahead of non-members on our schedule. Expect emergency services for members to be handled within a 24-hour window, you will hear otherwise if we are unable to get out to you within the 24-hour window.
We Help Everyone
If you’re a nonmember. We’ll still be glad to help you get your unit back up and running. However, as a nonmember, if you call outside of regular business hours for emergency service, it’ll be $199. After-hours is any time after 5 pm and before 7:30 am. Our business hours are 7:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. If you schedule a service during those hours, it will be a $99 diagnostic fee + repairs if needed.
