We have a HVAC service contract with these guys who do a good job. We also called them out to fix a problem with our toilet- the water was constantly running - and they sorted it out immediately as well as advising on some other plumbing issues. They are very knowledgeable.

We have a service contract with Tom Rostron for our AC systems and cannot be happier! They are proactive in scheduling service for our systems which is a huge help to ensure our system is ready for the summer months and we aren't scrambling to call them as it gets warm! They effectively communicate the techs arrival, and have personalized their reminder service to let you know who is coming, and a little about the tech! We had Joe and he was very quick, effective and clean when entering and exiting the house. He explained very well what he was doing, what potential issues we might have, and all our options going forward. Would highly recommend Joe and the rest of the staff!

Roland from Rostron had come to my house in under three hours of my call. Reinstalled my oven with such care and perfection watching out for my new floors. He also noticed I needed my downstairs toilet installed and made the time for that. The care that was taken with all of the tasks was amazing !! Woke up to no heat, getting an error code 200 on my Trane furnace and had to turn the system off. Called Air Experts which installed the system. They came out and told us it was a circuit board ($2,100). They stated that was going to be the beginning of some very expensive fixes moving forward. Then recommended a totally new system and made an appointment with their sales team to come out. Then we found out Air Experts and AJ Perri are now under the same umbrella company. We called Rostron Premium Home Services and their technician (Mike K) came out the same day. Mike K was very knowledgeable and polite. Mike K quickly isolated and repaired the issue (Igniter) for $273. We were so glad to find a company that was trustworthy and a one stop shop (Cooling, Heating, Electric, Plumbing) we immediately picked up a service contract.

Rating this team a 5 out of 5 is an understatement. The Project Manager Joey Holland started the process with a detailed explanation of the different manufacturer options and layed out all benefits of each and the associated costs. There was no pressure and left the decision up to us as to what equipment was best for us. Joey delivered everything as promised. The installation team of Rich, Mike and Gary were professional, courteous and respectful of our home. They left the house the way they found it. Considering the amount of equipment that had to be taken out and new equipment installed this was no small effort. The attic space they had to work in was extremely tight and in spite of having to remove duct work and reinstall it they got the job completed ahead of schedule. When the installation was complete we were given a detailed review of how to use the app for the thermostat. Since not everyone in the house is comfortable using an app they took the time to explain how to use the new thermostat manually.This experience is consistent with our previous dealings Rostron Premium Home Services and I think it has exceeded our expectations.Dennis & Julie Barry

We have had Tom Rostron Company do a number of jobs for us over the last few years. We owned a laundromat and had our main HVAC system go down in the middle of a 90-100 degree heat wave, while we were on our honeymoon!!! Needless to say, they came through and had a new system installed for us within a matter of days. Just recently we needed to add a supplementary AC system to our house and Tom Rostron was our first call. Their crew was very professional, clean, courteous, got the job done quickly and professionally. During the install they noted that the main HVAC system in our house appeared to be having some issues and we stupidly did not have any maintenance plan set up. They went ahead and did a couple cleanup items on the spot, but we scheduled to have them back out for a system service and subsequently signed up for their maintenance plan.I'll say that in general with service based businesses you get what you pay for. It's crazy to me to see people complain about the cost of service calls. If people feel they are being overcharged perhaps they need to go to trade school and learn to fix stuff themselves. Oh wait, you don't have time to take off work from your mid 6 figure job to fix it yourself? That's why you call a professional service provider. At the end of the day, Tom Rostron company has been fairly priced for the work they've done for us. But beyond that they've been responsive, professional, clean, and show up when scheduled and I haven't had to be pulled away from work to manage the jobs they are doing. You also never know who you are letting into your home this day and age. Every TR service tech that has been in our home has been beyond courteous, professional and both my wife & mother in law have been comfortable in the house with their service techs present. That says a lot.

The time finally came for us to replace our 28 year old boiler. We decided to use Tom Rostron Co., Inc. and, by far, that was the absolute best decision we could have made. We could not have been happier with the service we received.The Tom Rostron Team has been amazing. We met with Joe Holland, the Rostron project manager, to discuss our options. He was knowledgeable and professional. It was such a pleasure to deal with Joe - no high pressure tactics or push to sell on certain things. Joe was extremely responsive and answered any of our questions immediately. He stayed with the job from beginning to end - from when he sold it to when the install team finished the job. Wow! I will never call anyone else. Our furnace was leaking, and this was the first issue since purchasing our home. The previous homeowners left Rostron's number for HVAC needs. After calling, our technician Rick arrived at my house within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue as well as thoroughly checked everything else to make sure nothing else needed his attention. He explained everything to me very clearly and gave advice on preventative measures. Rick was so friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him! 5 stars is not enough! 10/10, will call again!

I have an Old House in Ocean Grove. There is no existing duct work. There is boiler hot water baseboard heat. I interviewed three different companies. Tom Rostron offered the best solution and was competitive on price. Joe Holland was my sales person. He was very professional and took measurements and explained everything. I thought I needed to duct through a closet but he came up with a clever solution with minimal space loss. I still have the sacred old house closet space. Sean and his assistant Christian did the bulk of the install and worked efficiently and clean. They were very polite. The company also did the permitting, provided the electrician and had to negotiate with the feared Historic Preservation Committee. Top Notch. Strongly recommend.

Steve was honest and professional. I had two technicians with differing diagnostics on my HVAC, which my only solution/recommendation was to replace the whole furnace. I won’t get into the details but once Steve came around, he throughly checked everything and confirmed 1 out of the 4 pressure valve was defective. He replaced it with a universal valve and the heating started functioning properly. Always try to get additional opinions if you’re able to.Will be working with Tom Rostron for any future needs.

The company called me because it was time for my heating system to be serviced. We have it under contract with them. Rick B was the tech. and called me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. When he got here he explained exactly what he would be doing and the price for his work and what parts he would be installing. Very professional and thorough.
