Karen Cantlay's letter regarding Tom Rostron Co's impressive staff

To Whom It May Concern,

This is to let you know how wonderful we thought the three employees of yours were who we dealt with in our recent installation of a new furnace. Fred Worman was our sales rep. and he was great…very personable, informative and efficient. We especially appreciated that we felt no sales pressure from him but could rely on him for an honest assessment of our needs and were given enough choices in order to make our decision. It was a pleasure dealing with him…he is definitely an asset to your company!

The other two employees, Chris and Rob (sorry, don’t know their last names) were the ones who installed our new furnace and they were also really great guys. They too were courteous, efficient and respectful and got the job done on time and with little impact on us. They also very nicely cleaned up afterwards and went beyond what was their job description to be helpful and to educate us about our equipment and to address any issues we had. They made having this work done a lot more palatable than I thought possible.

We have been Rostron customers for many years and will continue to be, as a result of our ongoing satisfaction with your staff, especially after this experience.
