The project manager, John Fels was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We discussed the scope of the project and he provided several options and provided immediate quotes. When it came time for the installation Rich, Christian and Garett were very professional and clearly experienced. They worked hard for three days is tight conditions to install the furnace, a/c, water heater, electronic dampers and thermostats. On day one the heating was even throughout the house which had never been the situation before. The installers were very neat, covered everything with tarps and left everything as clean as possible at the end of each day. I have dealt with many contractors in the past and have never had such a stress-free experience. I would recommend Rostron Professional Home Services to anyone.

I had a big problem, summer was coming and my AC had not survived the winter. Josh, sales re from Rostron Premium Home Services arrived on time to give me a through review of my options for the needed total replacement of my HVAC system. He was professional and thorough. He patiently explained the mysteries and advantages of a heat pump addition and fortunately the equipment provider had a promotional rebate which we were able to take advantage of. Finally we were able to get approval for a 60 month payment plan for the new system. He committed to an installation team within the next ten days. Sure enough, on June 2, promptly on time at 8am the caravan of the team of Josh and the installation team of Sean and Christian arrived with 3 spotless vehicles. Their task was the removal and replacement of the air handler which lived in the attic above the 2nd floor and the condenser which lived outside the house. I couldn’t imagine how they were going to be able to do all this work in one day. Sean took on the attic and began the dissembling of the large air handler while Christian took on the removal and replacement of the outside condenser unit. Unfortunately it was a bit overgrown around the condenser, but Christian came with rake, shovel and bucket and left the area looking much better than he found it.
Meanwhile Sean is in the attic working in high temperature since unfortunately for him it was a beautiful sunny day. Amazingly during the morning large pieces of the air handler began appearing in the driveway. Not sure how he pulled that off. When the job was done Sean gave me a tour of the new air handler and explained the location of the various components we included in the system. Finally Sean guided me through a tour of the web based app and wall thermostat system which makes the system operation a breeze. Their entire pathway into the house and up the carpeted steps were covered with thick Rostron blankets to protect the flooring. When they left the house was spotless, still not sure how Sean and Christian pulled that job off in one day. They were both very pleasant and professional. After they left around 4pm with all the debris from the job I received a call from Josh checking on how I felt about how the job went. Needless to say I was very satisfied with the how the job was completed and thrilled to have such a quality HVAC system up and running. I recommend Tom Roston and his team without reservation.

Let me first say, I cannot thank you both enough for stepping up and accommodating me with the replacement systems. This system is so much quieter and the house feels perfectly balanced.
