We’re currently hiring for two HVAC Technician positions:
1. Experienced HVAC Service Technician
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC service technician who is ready to take the next step in their career. You should have multiple years of field experience and be comfortable diagnosing and repairing residential/ light commercial heating and cooling systems. You should know how to perform maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, communicate with customers, present options and get the job done right.
As a service technician, you’ll have your own company truck and will be responsible for running service calls throughout Monmouth & Ocean County, NJ. We only service those two counties, you won’t be driving all over the state.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has multiple years of HVAC field experience
Can confidently diagnose and repair HVAC systems
Knows how to perform heating and cooling maintenance
Can troubleshoot equipment and identify problems
Has their own tools
Takes pride in their work
Wants to continue learning and improving
Is dependable and professional with customers
Is and will continue to be the GOAT.

2. HVAC Maintenance Technician & Duct Cleaner
This is a great opportunity for a younger HVAC technician looking to get into the field and build their skills. We’re looking for someone who understands how to perform a proper heating and cooling maintenance and is comfortable working with tools. You don’t need to know everything—but you do need to be willing to learn, work hard, and grow. This position will also involve duct & dryer vent cleaning, giving you the opportunity to gain experience in multiple areas of the home services industry.
You must:
Know how to perform HVAC maintenance
Have your own tools (We’ll have duct & dryer vent cleaning equipment)
Be willing to learn
Be dependable and hardworking
Take pride in doing quality work
Want to build a long-term career in HVAC
Don’t expect everything to be handed to you – work hard for it
