Tom Rostron is top notch at all levels of the business from scheduling to installation. Everyone was professional and responsive. Each technician was knowledgeable about the system being installed. A new Daikin condenser and another zone was recommended. This resulted with new thermostats. I was walked through each feature on the new thermostat and the app.Each technician treated my home like their own. They were extremely neat and tidy. They worked in the rain and didn’t leave a footprint anywhere. Three technicians worked inside and outside and all worked as one team. I look forward working with this company for electrical and plumbing needs too.Kudos to everyone!!

Steven has been out to my house a number of times, fixing a system that someone else installed improperly. He is friendly, efficient, so very respectful and communicative, and patient—which is necessary when dealing with our system! I can’t recommend Tom Rostron enough!I wrote that a while ago. Our entire system went kaput, and this company has been at my house removing the old system and installing a new and better one. The technicians were so cooperative and pleasant—it was a pleasure to have them in the house. They were patient with my dog and my incessant questions! Love these folks!

Edited to add: the post below this one was from two years ago. Since then we have used this company. Yesterday Ryan J came to check on our condensate pipes . He was on time, knowledgeable, and explained what he had to do. The pricing was fair also. I highly recommend this company for HVAC needs.2021: When needing a new furnace (two of them since we have 2 zone heat), I called Tom Rostron first, as I've used other HVAC companies over the past twenty years and found this company to be the best at answering my calls, diagnosing and fixing the problems, and at a fair price. The sales person, Bill S., came over and spent an hour inspecting the two existing furnaces, measuring, etc, and took the time to explain everything to me. I found the pricing very reasonable. The employee who installed the two furnaces took a day and a half and did an excellent job. He (Lou, I think), left the area around the furnaces clean. The great part is that the upstairs furnace is now heating difficult-to-heat rooms. This means that I finally have furnaces that "fit" the areas they are to heat. This was a seamless, no-stress, installation from start to finish. I highly recommend Tom Rostron Co.

Roland D was very professional, neat and efficient. He came to disconnect the stovetop gas and garbage disposal/dishwasher waterline so that we could replace our countertop. Roland did a very good job and was here for about an hour to disconnect and then for reconnect. However I think the price charged for the work was really very high. The disconnect and the reconnect cost came to a total of $964.42! That seems a bit excessive for 2 hours of work. Again, Roland was very good but told me that he had to charge the prices set by Rostron. I am glad the work was done on time and well but will have to price around plumbers from now on.

Install of replacement HVAC system was completed in one day and so far the A/C has been terrific. Quiet and comfortable as promised by Jon Fels who has been a pleasure to work with. The heating furnace I'm fairly sure will operate just as efficiently when the outside temps. call for it. Their trucks have the best paint jobs a contractor can ask for.

Had read good things about this company ahead of scheduling service and they did not disappoint. The experience from start to finish was easy and the communication was clear. Kyle K, the technician, was on time, friendly, and very informed on the work being done, but also very informed on additional services that the company offers. Just recently started using Tom Rostron Co., and so far so good! A young man named Kyle was here yesterday for about six hours to clean out my duct work, as well as my dryer vent, and he was back today to do a general maintenance service on both my furnaces, both central a/c units and my tankless hot water heater. He was exactly on time, & very professional. Time will tell, but I've got a good feeling about this company!
